Allerdings fand ich die stillephasen etwas lang . zum besseren verständniss meiner Aussage sei hier angemerkt , ich bin sehr ungeduldig und kein profi was Yoga oder Meditationen betrifft . zum Einsteigen würde ich die aktuelle Übung nicht empfelen , sondern eher führ jemanden , der schon eine gewisse erfahrung mit sich bringt . Was ich aber sehr schön fand war die Art des Sprechens . Man hörte , dass das , was gesprochen wurde , so gemeint und mitgefühlt wurde . und das war etwas wirklich gutes , zu wissen , dass man nicht völlig allein ist . aber , wie gesagt , die Stillephasen waren mir zu lang . ich würde empfelen , hin und wieder ein paar worte zu sagen , die einen zurückführen , in die entspannung / Meditation , etwas , was hineinpasst und trozdem eine Denkstütze gibt , nicht abzuschweifen . Zumindest , wenn es auch führ Neulinge und Anfänger erschwinglich sein soll , ohne sich gleich zu verausgaben . das ist meine Meinung .

    vielen Dank für die Übungspodcasts, Infos und inspirierenden Vorträge, die du kostenlos im Internet veröffentlichst.

    Seit es Yoga-Vidya in Deutschland gibt, trifft man viel mehr Menschen, die etwas mit Yoga anfangen können, oder selbst Yoga praktizieren. Es ist ein spürbares Netzt geworden.
    Ich bin froh, dass du dich entschieden hast, hier in Deutschland Seva für uns zu tun.

    Deine Meditationsanleitungen gefallen mir sehr gut, du hast eine angenehme, weiche Stimme und es sind sowohl Übungen für Anfänger, als auch für Geübte dabei.
    Für Menschen, die noch nicht eine eigene Meditationstechnik gefunden haben, ist es bestimmt sehr hilfreich, verschiedene Techniken kennenzulernen und selbst wenn jemand nicht so ernsthaft daran interessiert ist, regelmäßig zu meditieren, schenken diese Übungen auch einfach Entspannung und Erfrischung.

    Mich persönlich motivieren deine Vorträge und Übungen, mein Sadhana regelmäßig weiterzuüben und auch teilweise auszudehnen, indem ich einige Übungen hinzufüge.

    Ich danke dir und allen, die daran mitwirken, dieses wertvolle Wissen zu verbreiten und dadurch allen Wesen dieser Erde helfen.
