  1. Regular meditation opens the avenues of intuitive knowledge, makes the mind calm and steady, awakens an ecstatic feeling and brings the Yogic student in contact with the source of the Supreme Purusha.
  2. If you meditate for one or two hours in the "Brahmamuhurta", you can work very peacefully throughout the day.
  3. Meditation is the only way which can destroy all human miseries.
  4. He who does not practise any meditation cannot possess peace of mind.
  5. The force of your Sadhana done in the wakeful state will come to your aid in the dream.
  6. You cannot realise the Truth without reflection and meditation.
  7. Melt the mind in That.
  8. Be silent. Know thyself. Know That.
  9. The stream of spiritual electricity flows steadily from the preceptor to his disciple, just as oil flows from one vessel to another.
  10. A sudden stroke of mystik illumination puts an end of all the empirical existence altogether and the very idea or remembrance of such a thing as this world or the narrow individuality of spirit in this world absolutely leaves.

  1. Regelmäßige Meditation öffnet den Weg zum intuitiven Wissen, beruhigt die Gedanken, erweckt ein stetiges ekstatisches Gefühl und bringt den Yoga-Schüler mit der Quelle der höchsten Seele in Berührung.
  2. Eine oder zwei Stunden Meditation in der Zeit von "Brahmamuhurta" (morgens zwischen 4 Uhr und 6.30 Uhr) gibt ein friedvolles Gefühl für den ganzen Arbeitstag.
  3. Meditation ist der einzige Weg, der das menschliche Elend beseitigen kann.
  4. Derjenige, der nicht meditiert, kann keinen friedlichen Geist besitzen.
  5. Die Intensität Deines "Sadhana" (spirituelle Übung), die Du im wachen Zustand praktizierst, wird Dir im Traumzustand helfen.
  6. Du kannst die Wahrheit nicht verwirklichen, ohne darüber nachzudenken und darüber zu meditieren.
  7. Verschmelze Deinen Geist mit dem Absoluten Bewußtsein. ("TAT")
  8. Sei still. Erkenne Dein Selbst. Erkenne das höchste Selbst.
  9. Ein ständiger Strom spiritueller Energie fließt wie Öl, das von einem Gefäß in das andere fließt, vom Lehrer zum Schüler
  10. Ein plötzlicher Blitzschlag mystischer Erleuchtung beendet die gesamte bisher erfahrene Existenz vollständig, und auch die Idee der Erinnerung an so etwas, wie diese Welt, oder die winzige Individualität dieser Welt wird Dich vollständig verlassen.
