Loving greetings from Haus Yoga Vidya. Our goal is to provide you with the ideal environment to gain new insights, access intuition, and rediscover your inner resources of happiness. Our daily combination of yoga postures, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, chanting, meditation and vegetarian meals have an optimal effect on body, mind and soul. In the regenerating quietude, close to Mother Nature, you can replenish your energy and truly relax.
In addition to the seminars, there are two meditation sessions and two yoga classes daily.
Haus Yoga Vidya offers many leisure options: hiking and cycling (bicycles are free) in the adjacent forests and valleys, swimming (summertime) in nearby open-air pool and indoor pool with a sauna facility, excursions. Guests are welcome throughout the year. If you have attended an introductory seminar, we invite you to come for a yoga vacation.

Traditional Aryurvedic Medicine Training – Beginning of Part 1/Basic course (two intensive weeks, first week: Jan. 31 – Feb. 5, second week: Feb. 19 – 26, 2010)

The complete training in traditional Aryuvedic medicine lasts 1 year together with part 2. Part 1 comprises theoretical and practical basic knowledge and consists of 6 intensive weekends for the duration of half a year. Curriculum: History of Aryuvedic medicine and its basic principles. Anatomy, physiology, pathology, preventive medicine, Nutrition, practical training in treatment. Dream Yoga

Panchakarma cure with Leela Mata

Panchakarma is one of the well known and effective methods for cleaning the complete body. It is a cure, which will regenerate and revitalise you from the cells. Deep situated blockades in the channels of the body will be released; the total organism will be detoxicated and regenerated. It is especially effective and assisted by Yoga, Meditation and the singing of Mantras.
“Pancha” means “five” and “karma” means “techniques of cleansing”. The five techniques of cleansing are: Vamana (therapeutic vomiting), Vireka (to cede), Basti (oil enema), Nasya (cleaning of the nose) and Rakta Mochana (cleaning of the blood by herbs). This process of cleaning will be assisted by daily Abhyanga massages (3-4 opposite massages in workshops, 3-4 guided self massages), exhalation therapy and a special diet. Define of constitution and single consultations by Leela Mata. It is a deep going process of cleansing, which strongly activates the power of selfhealing.

Panchakarma cure with Leela Mata

Panchakarma is one of the well known and effective methods for cleaning the complete body. It is a cure, which will regenerate and revitalise you from the cells. Deep situated blockades in the channels of the body will be released; the total organism will be detoxicated and regenerated. It is especially effective and assisted by Yoga, Meditation and the singing of Mantras.
“Pancha” means “five” and “karma” means “techniques of cleansing”. The five techniques of cleansing are: Vamana (therapeutic vomiting), Vireka (to cede), Basti (oil enema), Nasya (cleaning of the nose) and Rakta Mochana (cleaning of the blood by herbs). This process of cleaning will be assisted by daily Abhyanga massages (3-4 opposite massages in workshops, 3-4 guided self massages), exhalation therapy and a special diet.
