    Ich weiß, ich sollte anders antworten aber die “Wahrheit” ist: Ich stellte lediglich fest, dass ich zwar auch ohne Beine, Arme, manche Organe etc. leben könnte aber dass ich der Körper, der Geist (und die Seele) zusammen bin; Wie ein Buch, dem auch ein paar Seiten fehlen können aber es immer noch DAS BUCH ist, mit den Seiten,(Organe) mit den Bildern (Sinne) und dem Inhalt (Geist) Wo aber bleibt die Seele?
    Ich kann mich immer noch nicht als Atman erkennen, denn ohne Körper bin ich nichts :-(
    kann nur wahrnehmenm was ich berühren kann, wie den Boden unter mir.
    Wie lange meditiert ein Durchschnittsmensch, bis er die Wahrheit über das Selbst erfährt/erlebt?

    Und besonders hängt es davon ab, wie sehr man die Yoga Prinzipien auch im Alltag umsetzt. Patanjali spricht da von Ahimsa, Satya, Aparigraha etc.
    Swami Sivananda spricht von “Diene, Liebe, Gib, Reinige dich”
    Shankaracharya spricht von Viveka, Vairagya, Shatsampat, Mumukshuttwa

    Wenn man diese Alltags-Prinzipien umsetzt, werden die Fortschritte schneller Sein.

    Ich bedanke mich herzlichst für die Antwort. Bisher habe ich mich viel mit der Philosophie des Yoga beschäftigt, ohne Yoga und Meditation-Praxis. Es sieht nicht so aus, als hätte ich in früheren Jahren meditiert aber ich bin sehr glücklich und dankbar, Euch gefunden zu haben, da ich in diesem Leben dafür das Fundament lege.     ich habe soeben die Vedanta-Tiefenentspannung erprobt und konnte mich sehr gut “heraus”-fühlen. Nach nun einem Jahr intensiverer Praxis im Zusammenhang mit der Ausbildung passiert viel in meinem Leben, meinem Umfeld, was mich vor Aufgaben stellt, die ich als Beobachter als sehr spannend empfinden kann. Diese Haltung auch in Phasen zu bewahren, in denen einem zum heulen zu Mute ist, das möchte ich gerne erleben…
